Pantelis Kapsis studied Economics at University College London (UCL) and completed postgraduate studies at Brunel University. He served as director of the newspapers Ta Nea, To Vima and To Vima tis Kyriakis, while also working in television and radio. He served as Government Spokesperson and Minister of State in the government of Lucas Papademos, as well as Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister, responsible for Public Broadcasting.
